Word art or you can used mine, created by Helga Here

Let’s Get Started

Open all your materials in your PSP

Put your brush in your brush folder

Open a new transparent image of 650x600. Don’t worry about the size we will resize later

Flood fill with white, add a new raster layer and flood fill with black

Go to layers- New Mask Layer- from Image

Find your gabeemask 41 source luminance and invert opacity checked and Ok

Merge Group

Activate your freehand selection with these settings

Selection type Point to point- Mode Add- feather 0- Smoothing 0

Go to your mask layer, draw slowly around your frame square right below the grey line

Copy your scenery and paste as a new layer, duplicate and mover the copy to other frame section (so you have both boxes/frames covered). If your scenery is large now you can invert your selection and with large size eraser dab at corners of your scenery.

Copy and paste your tube- duplicate. Working with original tube Adjust- Blur- Gaussian Blue of 10 then adjust- add/remove noise- Gaussian and monochrome checked noise 10%

Activate your tube (top Layer) - Effects- Drop shadow-V&H 1 –Opacity 70- Blur 5- Color Black

 Click on your white background – Add a new raster layer- Put your foreground color to black and find grunge brush of choice. Dab few times until you are happy with your results, OPTIONAL: I lowered the opacity to 20

Copy and paste your word art

merge visible and resize your tag

add your text and image information and save as JPG
