Two Mask of choice … I have used Becky Mask 022 and Blood Spatter Mask Sugar

Font I have used Cooper Std Black

Let’s get started

Open new transparent image of 600x600. Flood fill with color white.

Open paper 6, copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas.

Layers, load mask from disk, find Becky Mask 022 with these settings:

Source luminance- fit to canvas- and hide all mask checked. Merge group

Open paper7, copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas.

Layers, load mask from disk, find blood spattered mask with these settings:

Source luminance- fit to canvas- invert transparency and hide all mask checked. Merge group

Copy and paste frame 5- resize 65% all layer not checked- Image, free rotate, left 45 and make sure not all layers is unchecked.

Selection, modify, expand by 12- copy and paste paper 11 as a new layer- selection invert and hit delete.(this will get rid of your access paper)

Selection none

Activate your frame layer go to effects, inner bevel with these settings:

Bevel 1-width7-smoothness0-depth1-ambience0- shininess0-color white- angle 315- intensity 50- elevation 30

Add a small drop shadow my settings are H&V 1 Opacity 75, Blur 3 and color black

Copy and paste heart 6 resize to 65 % and move it to upper right hand side

Effects- eye candy 4000 Gradient Glow with these settings

Glow width 4- soft corners 25- overall opacity 100 color white

Copy and paste heart 1, resize 65% and move it to lower left corner of your frame, add the same gradient glow as before.

Copy and paste string bead 1 resize to 85%. Place it on left hand side of your tag on top of your frame.. Refer to my tag for placement. If still is too large for your tag you can use eraser tool to erase the access. Duplicate and mirror. Adjust- add /remove noise, add noise uniform- monochrome checked noise 20%, do this for both string beads

Copy and paste your butterfly 1 and 2 – resize 50% x3– image free rotate , rotate one butterfly to left 30 and one to right 30 and place them as you like

Add the Gradient Glow with same settings as before only change the color to light yellow

Copy and paste ribbon1 and place it in middle of your frame side to side

Open glass bead 1, with selection tool draw around a button, copy and paste into your canvas. Resize to 50%x2 or whatever size you like, duplicate three times for total of 4, and place them like jewel on corners of your frame

Open storage bottle resize to 50% place it where you like. Use selection tool to select some part of your jar add new raster layer

Open your sequints package and foreground palette choose pattern and find your squints and flood fill the jar, I have used setting of angel 0 and size 50 for my pattern then I also duplicated my hearts and resized them and place them in selected area

Copy and paste bow 3 resize to your liking and place it at the bottom of your frame

Copy and paste your tube, give it a small drop shadow

Resize if you like and add your image information and text
