Materials needed

Tube of Choice, I have used awesome work of Abranda Sission

Scrap kit of choice.  the scrap kit that I have used is Laverderlicious from scraparoni by Toni. You can purchase this kit Here

Mask of choice I have used Becky Mask 022 Here

Let’s get started

Open you scrap kit and minimize in your PSP

New transparent image of 600x600, flood fill with white

Open two paper of choice

Activate your preset shape set on rectangle width 5, change your colors pallet background to paper of choice and foreground to dark color

Draw a long rectangle in middle of your canvas. When happy with your rectangle promote to raster layer.

Draw smaller square, refer to my tag for guide….. When happy promote to raster layer.

Duplicate, image mirror and flip. So you have two small squares; one on top left and one on bottom right. Move this down below your long rectangle

Change pattern to second paper, draw another rectangle but wider then the first one. Move this under your first rectangle, this way you will know how it will look…

NOTE: you always can adjust it rectangle with the knobs before promoting to raster layer.

So your layer should be like this from top to bottom

Top long rectangle

Wide rectangle

Small ones

Now on each layer add a drop shadow of choice. My settings are H&V 2, Opacity 100, Blur 5 and color black

Copy ribbon 1 or ribbon of choice and paste it as a new layer on your canvas. With mover tool move the ribbon to bottom of your long rectangle. It sort of bonding two rectangle (long and wide) together

Use selection tool to select extra ribbon that is sticking away from you rectangle and hit delete.

Activate your burn tool with setting round- size 32- hardness 50- step 10- opacity 10

Move it up and  down on edge of the ribbon, after a few times you will see edges getting darker and looks like it is wrapped around the shape… do this until you are pleased with outcome , then  repeat it to for side

Copy and paste one of the doodles, resize I have resized mine 85% for total of two times

Duplicate, working on original one adjust, blur, Gaussian blur of 20

Change the layer mode to dissolve, resize to 95%

Activate tube of choice, copy and paste as a new layer, move it below your ribbon, give it a large drop shadow, my settings are H&V 7 –Opacity 100 – Blur 5 and Color Black

At this point you can use eraser tool to get rid of the part of the tube that is sticking out from under the ribbon

Add elements of choice and give a small drop shadow

Click on white background, copy paper of choice and paste it as a new layer, apply mask of choice. I have used Becky mask 022, resize your mask layer to 95% Resize

Add your watermark and image information

Save as JPG

If you want to animate, with magic wand or your pen tool select random parts of your tube, in his case I selected hair

Duplicate your tube layer for total of three

Adjust- add /Remove noise.  Gaussian and Monochrome checked-On first layer add 25, second layer 30 and third layer 35

Close two of the tube layers, click on background to make it active, edit copy merged

In animation shop paste as a new animation, back in PSP close the  visible tube layer and unhide the other one , once again copy merged

In animation shop paste after a current layer, repeat it for last tube layer and save as gif.
