Materials needed

Tube of choice, I have used beautiful work of Sue Miller which can be found Here

Scrap kit of choice or mine Called Serenity which can be found Here or Here

Mask of choice – I have used Mask 10 Yarrow

No Supplies for this Tutorial

 Let's get Started

Open you supplies in PSP and minimize

Open new transparent image of 600x600

In your color palette put your background to paper 8 and foreground to

Color of choice, I have used #beb59e

Activate your preset shape find a heart 1 set your stroke to 5

Draw a big heart in middle of your canvas. When happy with result convert to raster layer

Now turn your background pattern to null and foreground color is #d69c27 o. one more time heart preset  but this time change your solid line to stitch or dash which ever you prefer stroke same as before

Draw inside of your heart. Refer to my tag for reference.

I have resized all the elements to 60 percent two times but this is something that you have to experiment and see what you like

At this point I have added my elements

I added the sparkly buckle 1 and slowly erased what was sticking out of heart. I gave it small drop shadow

Add your word tags and place them where you would like them to be.

Add the safety pin to your tags also the bow2

Add star buttons and heart dangle and other embellishments as you prefer

Add your flower behind your heart and let them to stick out a bit

Add your tube

Copy and paste scalloped paper 5 and add your mask

Merge group and add noise of 80 percent

Add your text and image information and save as
